A small studio with colony-scale habits.
Mușuroi is Romanian for anthill. It is a good description of how technology work actually gets done: many small, deliberate moves, made in the right order, adding up to something no single one of them could be.
What we do
Mooshuroi Ltd builds and runs its own software and takes on a few client engagements a year. Its first product is AlgoMind, an app that teaches algorithms through step-by-step visualisations, live on iOS and Android. Client work covers three areas: AI integration, technical advisory, and launch and growth.
How we work
You deal directly with the person doing the work. Recommendations come in writing, with their reasoning and costs; everything lives in your accounts from day one; and handover is part of the job, not an afterthought. Some of what we learn ends up in the field notes and the newsletter.
Who
The studio was founded in 2026 by Raul, an engineer who would rather send you a working build than a slide deck, and who runs AlgoMind for exactly that reason. There is no sales team here to get past.
