Short, because this is a website, not a product. These terms cover reading mooshuroi.com and using its forms. Our products have their own terms, and client work is governed by a signed agreement.

mooshuroi.com is operated by Mooshuroi Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17424161, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. Contact: hello@mooshuroi.com. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. What the site is for
The site describes what we do, lists our products, publishes our field notes and lets you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter. Nothing on it is professional advice for your particular situation, and nothing on it is an offer that binds us until a written agreement says so.
3. Content and code
The text, design and images on this site belong to Mooshuroi Ltd or their respective owners and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Short quotations with attribution are welcome. Code samples in the field notes may be used freely in your own projects; attribution is appreciated but not required.
4. Forms and acceptable use
Use the contact and newsletter forms only for their purpose and only with information you are entitled to share. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or circumvent its protections, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may block access from connections that do.
5. Products and engagements
Each product we publish has its own terms and privacy policy, linked from its product page and from the app stores. Consulting engagements are governed exclusively by the agreement signed for that engagement; nothing on this site adds to or changes those agreements.
6. Third-party links
The site links to app stores and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be either at any given moment. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mooshuroi Ltd is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date above.
