Legal
Privacy policy.
This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking. The only personal data it touches is what you type into the contact form or the newsletter signup, plus the technical data any website needs to work and stay safe. This page explains all of it.

1. Who we are
Mooshuroi Ltd ("Mooshuroi", "we") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17424161, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@mooshuroi.com.
This policy covers the website at mooshuroi.com. Our products (for example AlgoMind) have their own privacy policies, linked from their pages under Work.
2. What we collect, why, and for how long
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if given), the kind of help you picked and your message. We use it to reply and to assess and follow up on a possible engagement. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where you ask us for a proposal, the steps needed before entering into a contract with you. We keep messages for 12 months after our last exchange, longer only if an engagement follows (then for the life of the contract and the retention periods that apply to it).
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address, the fact that you consented, and the time and source of the signup. We send you the newsletter only after you confirm through the link we email you (double opt-in). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email; we then delete your address from the active list. The newsletter is sent through beehiiv (see section 4).
Technical data
To serve the site and keep it safe, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in the same way every website does. Pages with a form use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it does not track you across sites. Form endpoints are rate-limited by connection to stop abuse; a contact submission stores a one-way hash of your IP address for that purpose, not the address itself. If aggregated, cookieless analytics are enabled, they count page views without storing any identifier on your device.
3. Cookies
We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner.
4. Who else sees your data
- Cloudflare (hosting, security, bot check, email routing) processes technical data and, for the contact form, the message in transit.
- Resend delivers the notification and confirmation emails for the contact form.
- beehiiv stores the newsletter list and sends the issues.
These providers act on our instructions under data-processing terms. Some are based in the United States; where personal data leaves the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email hello@mooshuroi.com and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority of the country where you live.
6. Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Substantial changes affecting newsletter subscribers are announced in the newsletter itself.
